The property offers a sixth-floor gym and spa alongside sweeping city views from its upper floors.

Each suite includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, working desk, and large bathrooms with organic vegan fair trade cosmetics from Berlin. Soundproofed rooms feature air conditioning, marble bathrooms, and balconies with views of the inner courtyard or side streets. Suite categories range from 400 ft² City Studios to 1100 ft² Mandala Suites with separate guest toilets.

Eighth-Floor Breakfast Lounge

Breakfast is served in the Mandala's lounge on the 8th floor with views of Berlin's rooftops and Potsdamer Platz. The refined spread includes hams, cheeses, sweets, cakes, breads, juices, and hot drink options for €25 per adult. External guests pay €30 for breakfast, served in an elegant, light-filled area next to the fitness area.

The wellness area on the top floor includes a fitness center with cardio machines, free weights, and two saunas with panoramic city views.
